cognog partners with SPOKE in the design and facilitation of ideation workshops where companies generate ideas for new products and services based on customer insights.
We rent a funky, creative off-site space designed to be as far away from the corner conference room as possible, then we pair professional "creative thinking agents" with our clients. We pepper the day with experiential activities, designed to evoke the emotions related to each insight - connecting first with the gut - so that the mind has a subsequent well of immediate visceral experience to draw ideas out of. Ideas generated in small teams are then presented to the group, which build upon the original ideas. All ideas are recorded for refinement, evaluation, and action.
It's not unusual to generate more than 100 raw new ideas in a single day.
